PROGRAM
APPRENTICE COMMITMENT
Each year of our four-year apprenticeship program consists of a minimum of 144 hours classroom and hands-on training paired with at least 2000 hours of on-the-job training. Apprentices learn in and out of the classroom and should be prepared to balance a full-time job with the classroom commitment. The most successful apprentices are on time, willing to work overtime when it is offered, passionate, and dedicate time to learn the NCCER material and maintain an 80% or better classroom average. As a leading industrial electrical contractor, Dubak Electrical Group sets the highest standards for quality craftsmanship, leadership, and safety. Dubak U is committed to meeting those standards by providing quality education, interactive hands-on workshops, and equipping today’s apprentices to be the leaders of the future.
