WHAT SETS US APART?
Other local craft apprenticeship programs rely heavily on lecture and classroom seat time. Roughly 85-90% of training time is spent in the classroom, listening to lecture. At Dubak U, we believe the only way you can learn a craft is to perform that craft. We have created interactive workshops and labs focusing on the classroom topics in each of the four levels. Apprentices will bend and install conduit of various sizes, pull wire, trim devices, learn controls, and more.
Dubak U apprentices spend half their training time performing hands-on tasks they will be asked to do in the real world. As an industrial electrical contractor, Dubak Electrical Group has tailored the education program to focus on the skills needed to become a journeyman industrial electrician and covers the most challenging material in the electrical field.
